Brief Biography
Currently working on the Development and Validation of an Instrument to Measure Interagency Coordination and Collaboration: RRTC on Children's Mental Health-Study 8 project. Victor also is in charge of developing and maintaining the TREaD division's website at the Florida Mental Health Institute. In addition, he is responsible for desktop publishing and final reports for the Gaining Early Awareness & Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) project at USF.
