Brief Biography
Sarah Elizabeth Cobb RN received her Bachelor of Science degree Nursing (BSN) from East Tennessee State University in 1976. She worked in the pediatric/ school health/ community health field for the intervening years between graduating with the BSN and starting graduate school at the University of South Florida in 2002. She obtained her Master of Science in nursing (MS) from the University of South Florida in 2005, and completed her Ph.D. in 2007 with an emphasis on pediatrics, children’s mental health, and quantitative methodology.
