Brief Biography

Vivian Herrero possesses a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the RUM, UPR, and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management major, from the University of Phoenix. Currently, Vivian works with the Center of Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) in the function of facilitator and parent liaison. Vivian is also the CARD-USF translator for Hispanic Families. Her responsibilities include conducting intakes, performing translations for existing documents and training modules and assisting consultants who work with Hispanic families. Vivian also assists with projects focused on underserved populations. Previous work experiences are in the pharmaceutical manufacturing company were she was a Senior Engineer for 11 years. She also has over 5 years of experience with children with special needs and worked as a kindergarten paraprofessional at Tampa Palms Elementary.
