Brief Biography

Tracy-Ann Gilbert-Smith, M.S. joined the Division of Training, Research, Evaluation and Demonstrations (TREaD) as a Social and Behavioral Researcher in late Fall 2008. Tracy-Ann is currently involved with the Sustainable Infrastructure Project and the Case Studies of System Implementation. Her other areas of responsibilities include research management, the collection and analysis of data, gathering and developing literature base, research management, and the management of the TREaD bibliographic database. Prior to TREaD, she was Research Support Specialist/Communications Coordinator in the National Implementation Research Network in the Department of Child and Family Studies. There she was responsible for the administrative and research support, in addition to the management and organization of reviews, and the collection and administration of bibliographic information. Tracy-Ann obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of the West Indies, Kingston, Jamaica and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland University College.
